"I ordered custom Velcro patches for my backpack, and they turned out amazing! The colors are vibrant, and the stitching is precise. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the delivery took a bit longer than expecte（From payment to receipt of samples, about 10）. But the end result is worth the wait. Will definitely order again for my next project!"

The customer service team was quick to address it and offered a replacement, which was great. The patches I ordered at the same time are perfect - no issues there. Overall, a good experience, but I wish the design proofing process was a bit more detailed."
